PAISLEY THREAD MILL MUSEUM
The museum is based in the Mile End Mill in the Seedhill area and has a extensive collection of mill artefacts. Staff are very friendly and informative. SMA’ SHOT COTTAGES
Owned and run by the Old Paisley Society, the complex of cottages gives a flavour of the town in past times. Staff are friendly and eager to pass on their extensive knowledge of the cottages and Paisley history in general. There is also a tearoom which arguably serves the best scones in Scotland. ARTS CENTRE

COATS MEMORIAL CHURCH

MUSEUM & ART GALLERY
The Museum & Art Gallery on Paisley's High Street features a display of Paisley shawls famed throughout the world for their fine detail and craftmanship.New exhibitions are added at various times throughout the year. For further details telephone 0141 889 3151.
PAISLEY ABBEY
Paisley Abbey in the very heart of the town boosts stunning views from the roof of the tower and inside there is a magnificant collection of stained glass windows. COATS OBSERVATORY
The Coats Observatory holds a public viewing session of the telescope every Thursday evening from 7.30pm during the winter months - clear skies permitting.
