There were three new pub launches recently - Bar Budda underwent a refurbishment and reopened on 8th August as Soho, Suburbia also has undergone a transformation and re-appeared as Penny Lane - the official opening being 14th August and finally Avalaon which changed its name to Fifty8 has now changed again to The Cell.

We also await the opening of the replacement for O’Neills - the new owners also own Kilty Kilty in New Street and according to sources the new venture will be a Fun Pub with specific areas set aside for games such as Punchball, etc. Further news when we have it.
