Jeroen de Schepper, a charity cyclist who is travelling around Europe in aid of Huntington's disease stopped off in Renfrewshire as part of his 10,000k journey.
Jeroen met Renfrewshire's Provost Anne Hall as well as John Eden and Linda Byars from Scottish Huntington's Association.
Jeroen's family suffer from the disease but have been fortunate to receive excellent care in Belgium. Jeroen hopes to raise money to help build care facilities in Eastern Europe.
Huntington's disease is an incurable genetic disease. People affected by the disease can suffer involuntary, writhing movements.
